Julie is a Navigator, certified by the NY State of Health and employed by Finger Lakes Community Health. She has been enrolling the community into State health insurance programs such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, the Essential Plan, and Qualified Health Plans under the Affordable Care Act for 17 years. Julie normally works out of our library, but she is currently working remotely and is available for insurance enrollment over the phone.
